When these first came out they had more padding (1.5 compaired to 1.0 inches) than any other glove. Now you have a lot more choices. These are great for hitting pads, light training, and serious competition. If you care about your training partners get the extreme safety MMA gloves. The leather on these is very durable (I have an old pair without the CSI logo on the glove) so they should last a long time if they still use it.

good fit with a hole and variety of colour. Good functionality as well and I use medium for mine.
