I purchased both the tube and roller. Personally, I prefer the tube over the roller because the roller seems to be weaker. With that said, let’s get on with the review!

The design of the bottle is nice. Nothing wrong with the design at all. But the roller looks sorta plain. I sorta like the shiny silver thingy on the tube.

Cryogel has helped my soreness from all the training and helps ease all the pain. It starts out to feel tingly, then it becomes all cold. It feels nice. Cryogel smells alright, I’m not too fond of the smell though. I wish it could smell odorless but I guess the smell won’t kill you. I purchased the “Island Rain” bottle, but instead of Island Rain..it smells like minty medicine. The price is like $10 a bottle which is okay.

All in all, cryogel is effective to say the least. It may or may not work for you. You have to go purchase it to find out!

Most of us are skeptical at best with products that are supposed to heal, help, repair and relax muscles. I am among the most skeptical of these products. The thought of a hard day of training bet by Bengay is emasculating at best.

However, I just competed in my first tournament this weekend (finished 2nd ) and after 6 matches my body has sustained serious punishment. My elbow was tweaked from an arm bar, I pulled my right hamstring, and my body basically felt (and looked) like I stepped off the Fight Club movie set. The Cryogel guys were sponsors of the tournament and they told me to take some free samples and try it out.

I went home, showered up and gave it a shot. Now I am serious when I say I can’t describe what this stuff does but my body felt ready for another 6 matches about an hour later. My joints (knees especially from shots and takedowns) felt amazing, better than before I competed that morning. Cryogel and there products are legit, the real deal indeed.

And they’re trying to get into the MMA scene so I love supporting their company, one of the guys I met (I met two of them and both were cool as hell) trains with Gokor in Hayastan grappling out in CA, so he knows what fighters need and want.

I would honestly recommend that anyone who trains with any sort of intensity get some of there products they really helped me this weekend. I am definitely a customer for life. Just try it once and you will get hooked.

i bought a roller for like 9 bucks. it works great just like biofreeze, but cheaper. i have seen biofreeze for like 15-20 bucks. i use mostley on my knee and lower back…great product
