I have elbow arthritis so when I do elbow strikes I have to have elbow pads on. I’ve tried the usual brands with poor results. I just got a pair from www.mcdavidinc.com and these pads are excellent. With the hexagon padding design the padding is very low profile and the very thin nylon synthetic type breathable material keeps the pads on my arm without binding up or tiring out my arms during drills. The pads are sized by bodyweight and in my case this was accurate.

I just wore the pads in a three three minute round sparring match in the cage and one thing I noticed was when the wrap got pulled and yanked all the way down to my wrist I put it back where it belonged without any lose of shape or fit. I gave the durabity a 4 only because I havne’t worn these enough yet to see what it will really take to wear them out.
